Yggdrasil’s Path: journeying and wisdom (S7)

Please bring the following to the session:

• An physical item that you can put on and take off as an anchor for your vitki self
• Four small representations of fire. These could be tealights but please note you will be placing them around you while you journey. Four fire runes, appropriate crystals, pictures of flame would all be suitable.
• An offering for Helheim. An apple or other living item would be very appropriate.
