The spiritual skillsets that make great leaders
Many of my clients limit their leadership ambitions because they are afraid disclosure of spiritual practice or magical mindset will result in failure and shaming
The tragedy being that most advanced leadership training is an exercise in developing spiritual practices and magical mindset under more socially acceptable labels.
Spiritual practices have been honed over 1,000s of years to support the development of intuition, vision and purpose-finding, self-awareness, story-crafting, community building, change-making, self- and group healing, creativity and innovation.
Western education and early-career development are woefully deplete (and sometimes actively supress) the very skills that senior leaders and entrepreneurs need. My talks and workshops expose why this has happened and how we can remove stigma around the most potent practices for developing great leaders.

Reclaiming the spirit paths of northern Europe
I was born on a hill with an old, old church on the top. That church was built upon an even older Anglo-Saxon burial ground. For years I sought for answers to the questions I had about what I had seen, felt, heard and sensed as a child of that place. I followed the voices of the runes and sought out doorways upon the northern World Tree Yggdrasil. I trained in multiple healing, seership, shamanic and magical modalities to fill in the gaps left by the 1,000 year slumber of the Gods who called me by my name though I did not know theirs.
There is collective and individual healing waiting for those who, like me, hear the ancestors calling us back to the spirit paths beneath.
I have made it my mission to offer well-researched, deeply transformative, spirit-led training programmes for a new generation of northern European shamanic seekers, practitioners and leaders. From working with the runes through voice, body and story to travelling the spirit pathways of the great world tree.
