A monthly rhythm for highly sensitive and energetically aware heroes curious about the spirit medicine of the Northern European tradition.
An on-line hearth of audio tales and journalling meditations inspired by the Northern tradition spirit-path and designed for energetically sensitive adventurers excavating their own spirit landscapes.
Sunna’s Star Wheel is a monthly membership, not a course or a programme.
It’s a way to explore the Northern tradition without needing to commit to a year-long path, learn a system, or get it “right.”
Each month, you’re offered a small set of practices that follow a simple lunar rhythm. They’re designed to fit into real lives, and to be used in your own time, at your own pace.
Sunna’s Star Wheel is often a first step for people who:
feel drawn to the Northern tradition but aren’t ready for a full programme
want a regular rhythm without pressure or performance
prefer experiential practice over information-heavy teaching
are curious about the runes, story, and voice as lived practices
You can join for a month, stay for a season, or return whenever the rhythm calls.
The Hearth is open now. You can step in for just £18 a month and stay as long as feels right.
The monthly rhythm
Sunna’s Star Wheel follows a simple lunar rhythm including new and full moon practices, sacred story and a community rune circle (attend live on zoom or join via the recording).
The Moon (Manni) holds our personal explorations with the medicine of the runes and the Sun (Sunna) offers the healing potential of their energies.
Each month includes:
Two Wild Voice™ practices (New Moon & Full Moon)
Guided meditations followed by journalling prompts, inspired by the lunar rune of the month. These practices heal the wound so many of us have experienced between the centre of our deepest knowing (the Seer) and the centre of our self-expression (the Sage).
A sacred story (audio)
An original audio story drawn from Northern mythic landscapes.
If you would like to try one out, here is → The Priestess of the Moon.
A community rune circle
A live online circle where we gather to mark the cycle together.
These are spaces of shared reflection and ritual, held with care and without obligation to speak.
Most circles are recorded for those who can’t attend live.
Access to the Hearth hub
A resource space that includes:
sacred play resources for exploring the five aspects of the magical self
your runic astrology Hero’s Oracle and reflective prompts
gentle explorations of the runic wheel and birth runes
The resources are there to be dipped into as you are called – they are held together by a theme each month but you can select just one or two if that works best for you.
You can move through the rhythm in a single evening or across a few short sentence thorugh the lunar month.
