Awaken to the Runes — A year-long journey of remembering, held in an ethical, embodied Path of living Northern Wisdom.
Through story, song, and embodied practice, Awaken to the Runes guides you from intellectual curiosity to confident, ethical mastery — so the runes become a living presence within you, not symbols outside of you.
You’ll move through three distinct phases, each aligned with one aett of the runic current:
🌿 Phase 1 — Awakening the Living Current
You’ll begin by establishing safety, rhythm, and belonging — connecting with the first eight runes through story, voice, and gentle ritual.
By the end of this phase, you’ll feel a living relationship with the runes awakening within you — one that feels natural, grounded, and true.
⚡ Phase 2 — Through the Heart of the Storm
Here you’ll meet transformation in motion.
These middle runes bring shadow and power into balance, helping you develop emotional resilience, clarity, and discernment.
You’ll learn to walk with challenge as a teacher, using story, sound, and ceremony to stay rooted in integrity.
👑 Phase 3 — Embodying the Sovereign Self
The final eight runes guide you into integration — the point where practice becomes identity.
You’ll move from exploration to embodiment, working with the full Elder Futhark as a living, guiding current in your daily life and spiritual service.
Across all three phases, you’ll deepen through:
- Power Songs and Storytelling: awakening each rune in voice and imagination.
- Breathwork, Ceremony, and Presence: grounding the teachings in lived experience.
- Community Circles: witnessing, sharing, and being witnessed in growth.
Awaken is delivered online and includes self-study content and in-person monthly circles. The programme provides the foundation for advanced work in northern tradition magical, seership and healing practices.
