Runes work with mind, body, and spirit. They are energies, symbols, and sounds with deep wisdom, energetic landscapes, elemental forces, and spirit guides attached to them. To wield them effectively, you must first know them intimately—which is why my foundational programme is designed to span a full year.

In this programme, you will connect deeply with each of the Elder Futhark runes through six core elements, including story, song, and meditation. The course includes modules on self-healing and healing for others, along with nine additional comprehensive training modules covering various healing techniques:

Healing for Others
Once you complete the Awaken programme, you become eligible for my two-stage training in offering rune healing to others.
Step 1: Healing for Others LIVE
Join two half-day immersion trainings (via Zoom) on distance healing and working in partnership with your runes and clients. This training runs twice a year. If you are near the end of your foundational programme, you may take this course in the Spring or wait until after graduation.
Healing for Others LIVE is also a key component of my shamanic programme, Yggdrasil’s Path and can also be taken independently for those who simply want to experience the power of giving and receiving rune healing in a communal setting.
Step 2: Healing for Others Certification
The certification process includes:
10 self-paced modules guiding you in setting up your healing practice (from energetics to Zoom logistics, client feedback, and contracts).
Submission and assessment of your core session plan.
Completion of three case studies based on the techniques learned in Healing for Others LIVE and self-paced training.
Students have three months after completing Healing for Others LIVE to submit their assessments and finalize their certification.
Licensed rune healer
