Half month of Dagaz, New Moon, June 2026
Here is the threshold. The place between the darkness and the light. Not the comfortable grey of dusk, not the soft blush of early dawn — but the razor’s edge, the breath between. Dagaz, dagaz, dagaz. The rune of day. Of transformation. Of the moment when everything changes.
And this new moon falls inside it.
This is not a small thing.
After Ragnarök
You know the story. The last battle. The Midgard serpent rising from the deep. Fenrir breaking free. The sun swallowed. The earth sinking, finally, into the sea.
Everything destroyed.
Everything.
But here is what we do not tell enough: the story does not end there.
After Ragnarök, the earth rises again from the water, green and new. The younger gods — Baldr returning from Hel, Höðr beside him, the sons of Odin and Thor gathering on the plain of Iðavöllr — they find, half-buried in the grass, the golden gaming pieces of the old gods.
They do not restore what was. They cannot. That world is gone.
Instead, they sit together in the new light, and they begin.
This is Dagaz. Not the light that continues — but the light that returns after the dark has done its work. This is the half month we are in. This is what the new moon is asking of us.

What is ending
Sunnа’s Star Wheel has been a beloved part of this community for a long time. A rhythm, a hearth-fire, a monthly offering to souls who wanted to tend their magic in tune with the northern sky.
I am deeply grateful for every one of you who has walked that path with me.
And it is time to let it rest.
Sunnа’s Star Wheel will close at the next new moon — the natural completion of this lunar cycle. This is not a sudden darkness. It is a planned and honoured closing, the ash settling after the flames.
If you are a member of Sunnа’s Star Wheel and you are wondering what comes next — please get in touch with me directly. If budget is a concern, I want to hear from you. There are paths through this threshold that we can find together.
And please know this: the content is not lost. The Wild Voice sessions, the audio stories, the gathered work of all these years — none of it disappears. Over the coming weeks I will be sharing exactly where everything will live. Watch this space.
What is beginning: two paths through the World Tree
I have spent a long time reworking my offer. Not to follow a trend. Not because what we have been doing hasn’t mattered. But because — like the younger gods on the plain of Iðavöllr — I have been looking at what the work actually needs to be. How it wants to travel. How it can reach more of you, more deeply.
What has emerged are two paths through Yggdrasil, the World Tree. Each one whole in itself. Each one a different way home.
The Rune Path — Awaken to the Runes
The runes are not a system. They are a living tradition. Twenty-four runes of the Elder Futhark, each a half month of the solar year, each a doorway into the northern mystery.
Awaken to the Runes is now self-paced — and that change matters. Seven cohorts of Awakeners have walked this path before you. What I have learned, travelling alongside them, is that it is not just time that is precious. It is energy. Life does not pause for our programmes. So Awaken now travels with you, at your pace, in your seasons.
You can begin at any point. But if you begin on the 29th of June, you step onto the path at exactly the right moment: the half month of Fehu, the first rune, the fire of new beginning. From there you can follow the full wheel of the year, rune by rune, half month by half month, as the sun walks its ancient road.
When you join Awaken, you also receive a year’s membership of my Rune Practitioner Community the Wisdom-Keeper Circle — a monthly gathering on Zoom for those who want to practice, explore and deepen in community. After your first year, the Circle continues at £20 a month for those who wish to stay.
Members of the Circle have access to The Grove — a resource hub that grows as the work grows.
*If you have been part of my Mastery community — the Wisdom-Keeper Circle and The Grove form the heart of your new home. I will be writing to you separately about how to transition across.*
This year, and this year only, Awaken to the Runes is £650. Times are hard, we support each other, this work is important and needs to be disseminated. I want you to be able to walk your path, supported by my offerings if that is what you need. That is not a small decision — it was £995. I will review it next year.
The Magic Path — Reclaim Your Magic
This path is different. It is wilder. It is the path of the magical self — the healer, the seer, the sage, the mystic, the magician. Five retreats. One for each archetype. The retreats are in their third year — and something extraordinary has been building in the rooms where we gather.
And now, for the first time, there is a place to continue that work between retreats. The Magic Circle is new — a monthly ceremony space of power retrieval, wild voice, embodiment work. I am genuinely excited about this. It is a sacred container, and it is £20 a month.
You can begin with a single retreat and, from there, you become eligible to join.
Come to all five retreats, and you receive a full year’s Magic Circle membership as part of the journey.
Members of the Magic Circle have access to The Cauldron — their own resource hub, their own hearth.
The next Reclaim retreat — Reclaim Your Magic: Magician — is on the 17th and 18th of July.
If you feel the call, please join by the 14th of July so you have time to receive and work with your preparation materials before we gather.

Also on the horizon
I am reworking the Rune Healers certification — deepening it, refining it. More on that soon.
Yggdrasil’s Path — my most advanced shamanic programme — is returning. In its own time. When it is ready.
If you are drawn to your Birth Runes — your personal northern soul map — I am still working with people one to one on this. Get in touch and we will find the right way in.
Come to the fire on Monday
This Monday evening, at 7:30pm, I will be in Hearthspace — our free Facebook community — for the Hearthfire Gathering.
We will be exploring Ragnarök and new beginnings. What it means to sit on the plain of Iðavöllr and find the golden pieces in the grass. What it means to begin again, not from scratch, but from depth.
Come. It is free. It is open. You are welcome.
The light is here
Dagaz does not ask whether you are ready. The light does not wait for our permission. It arrives — sudden, total, the world made entirely new in an instant.
What the younger gods understood, sitting together on that green plain after the end of everything, is that new beginnings are not built alone.
They are built in community. With the golden pieces we find in the grass. With the wisdom we have carried through the dark.
This is that moment.
Step through.
