“Express yourself fully and without constraint as the Moon flowers – the tide you unleash will carry you forward through this month.” Read on for more wisdom from the Full Moon in Nauthiz, and the other planetary movements taking place this week.
As always, Middle Earth Readings for the week is published at the bottom of the page after the live event.
Manni’s Chariot (the Moon) moves through one rune approximately every 24 hours. The potency of the Full Moon energy is like a high tide leaving tracks in the sand as it departs – it forms a current over the coming month. Manni’s Chariot in Nauthiz (the rune of desire, necessity and the need fire) brings passion and intensity of feeling. It accentuates longings and emotions which can feel both magnificent and uncomfortable depending on your circumstances. This full moon offers a moment to acknowledge hidden desires, release pain and experience deep pleasure. Express yourself fully and without constraint as the Moon flowers – the tide you unleash will carry you forward through this month.
Folkvang means ‘field of the host’ or ‘field of the warriors’ as Freyja claims half of the heroic dead as her guests. The hall is situated within a meadow and is said to contain nine castles. Freya’s is a passionate, intuitive and magical nature. As well as being a warrioress she is the goddess of feminine mysteries, mistress of magick and patron of seidr (the art of communicating with the dead). Ingaz, Othala and Dagaz fall within Freyja’s sphere in a birth runes chart. Folkvang is equivalent to Gemini in the Zodiac.
We are currently in the half month of Inguz, a rune named after the divine hero Ing. The Ing rune can be seen as both the devoured seed and the sacred seed through which life is reborn.

Thank you for the reading on Nauthiz, I like how you put a positive spin on how it uncovers painful emotions by advising to dive deep into them and feel them to a pleasurable extent. Awesome blog ^^
Thank you 🙂
