Terms and Conditions
It has always been my policy to treat my customers in exactly the same way I would like to be treated myself. No one enjoys small print, but these are the essential bits you should know. Your statutory rights under current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Data and Privacy
The information collected from you at the time you place an order will be stored in my database and is used purely to carry out your instructions and action your payment. There are no circumstances under which, this information might be passed to a third party.
Supply
I undertake to supply you with the goods described in these web pages by any date you might reasonably request knowing that your order needs to be processed and (except for downloads), your order posted. If your order is urgent it is always advisable to email maginrose@gmail.com beforehand to discuss your requirements. Unless specifically agreed otherwise, delivery will be as soon as possible and not longer than 30 days.
Contact
I will only contact you in connection with your instructions and will keep you well informed should I have any difficulties providing you with the specific goods ordered, to be delivered by your date specified. I will not email you at all without your permission.
Delivery
By post: Obviously you the customer recognise that I do rely on the postal service to perform the ‘contract’. I monitor the postal service regularly and will offer immediate despatch of a replacement parcel if, due to circumstances beyond my control, your goods have not arrived by the requested time (providing the goods are available for despatch).
Downloads: Following receipt of payment you will receive an email with your purchase attached. If there are any technical difficulties and you do not receive the download I will email you a replacement file as soon as possible following notification of non-receipt.
Guarantee
In the light of the forgoing I feel confident that I can guarantee your total satisfaction with my products. Again you should note that your statutory rights under the current consumer protection laws are not affected.
Refunds
In the event of loss, late delivery or dissatisfaction with the product supplied and a replacement is not acceptable, the goods need not be returned (unless required by Royal Mail for their investigations) but a full refund will be sent. My major concern is to maintain a happy relationship with you my customer. If the goods ordered were a gift to a third party, the replacement parcel is sent with a note (and SAE) asking them to contact me immediately if they feel the goods are not in perfect condition or they believe the postal / courier services may have failed to deliver promptly.
Payment
Payments are accepted through PayPal.
VAT
Where VAT is applicable to the product it is included in the price.
Complaints
I have never had any complaints, but clearly I would take any complaint very seriously and would expect to contact you almost by return.
Law and jurisdiction
Any contract for your purchase from this site is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of the United Kingdom, and you agree that such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
